LA ROSE NOIRE JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION General Position Summary: Junior Brand Manager to plan, develop, and direct the marketing efforts for the La Rose Noire brand and products, exclusively in the USA. The Junior Brand Manager will perform a variety of tasks requiring an extroverted self motivated personality, with the ultimate goal of providing a high level of service to both the sales force and customers. The ability to work without daily supervision in a fast pace environment, where time management, prioritizing and organizational skills are a must. Will work under pressure and report directly to the Senior Brand Manager. Candidate must have a passion for life, people, and food Essential Function/Major Responsibilities: Responsible for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives which support the broader, short and long-term marketing strategy. Collaborates with sales team to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise, brand vision, brand position, and achieves overall business goals for the brand. Drives consumer understanding that defines our prime prospects’ needs, attitudes and values in order for consumers to have stronger and more impactful brand experiences. Responsible for coordinating own activities to demonstrate products both with sales team and on own. Analyze new product launches and report on vitality rates in region. Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to support Senior Brand Manager in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing items. Analyzes and provides consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales in category management and sales presentations. Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors. Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to assist with financial projections and budgeting goals for upcoming year, including budgets related to marketing campaigns. Proactively identify and recommend business-building initiatives. Prepares marketing objectives and schedules for all phases of product solicitation and introduction to market including but not limited to sales materials and retail presentations. Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary. Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports for management of Swiss Chalet and La Rose Noire. Create and execute the brand strategies and marketing plans for the brands, including managing both the existing product portfolio and new product launches. Job Requirements: Candidates must have 2-4 years experience of food service sales experience and must be autonomous. Possess a true passion for the food business.-Travel and visit to customers/distributors throughout the US. Strong analytical, interpersonal skills.- Well organized, possess excellent communication skills and creative.
