ORGANISATION CHART Attached/Available on gems MAIN JOB PURPOSE Helping to deliver TPD’s marketing strategy and operational plan, via a range of digital and print marketing activity. Reporting to the Senior Product Development and Marketing Manager, (day-to-day reporting to the Marketing Manager). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF Write and send regular compelling marketing emails and JOB newsletters via our CRM and Dotmailer systems Write and design case study collateral on completion of all overseas projects Assist the Marketing Manager in the creation and production of marketing and business support collateral, including liaising and negotiating with suppliers Assist with the production and mailing of the annual directory Contribute to TPD’s output on social media channels, including closed alumni groups Help ensure all course content remains up to date on TPD website pages Assist in generating regular marketing reports including clickthrough rates, ROI metrics, CRM analysis and others upon request Assist with annual TPD competitor analysis (report), and provide ad hoc competitor updates where pertinent Grow our database in required areas through targeted research and data entry campaigns Ensure marketing spaces in training centre and front of house are maintained to a high standard Assist in managing the events’ calendar and TPD’s presence at global conferences and exhibitions Create a testimonials’ database Work with the TPD bid team to produce externally-facing case studies of all successful customised and in-country training projects. Any other duties as appropriate to the position, as requested.
