Digital Marketing Executive Reports to Marketing Manager The purpose of this role is to drive, plan and execute the Aztec Group’s online presence across a number of digital channels, including web content, social media, email, SEO and PPC. You will be responsible for the creation of a digital planning, implementation and evaluation framework, taking into account the Group’s Business Development (BD) and Employer Brand objectives and ensuring our bright alternative brand is reflected to its maximum potential online. In addition to the day-to-day management of our digital tools, with the direction of the Product and Group Marketing teams, you will assist in executing BD and Employer Brand campaigns online and provide detailed reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities: + Create a planning, implementation and evaluation framework for the Aztec Group’s online presence across a range of digital channels including; o Company website, including managing the CMS and publishing new content o SEO and PPC campaigns for both our BD and Employer Brand across the Group’s various jurisdictions o Online social presence across a range of social media channels o Aztec Group email campaigns, supported by the Brand and Product Marketing teams + Provide detailed analytics and reporting of all of the above initiatives to the Marketing, BD and senior management teams + Work closely with external design and digital agencies for aspects of the Group’s digital presence + Assist with preparing budgets and providing periodic status reports, keeping track of finances, invoicing and reporting + Assist with all other aspects of the administration of the digital channels including, but not limited to, internal and external communications, domain management and copywriting. Skills, knowledge, expertise: + Hold a Digital Marketing or relevant degree (e.g. CIM) and have ideally over three years’ experience in a similar digital marketing orientated role + Ideally hold a Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) or equivalent + Experience in the finance industry is preferred but not required + Strong communication and written skills + Initiative and the ability to work without direction when needed + 'Tech-savvy’ - proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with strong capabilities in Excel for reporting and analysis purposes + Attention to detail. We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
