The strong gravito-electric is the strong force. The above principles establish several things which include the concept that
the strong force only exists within the charge radius roughly. Also it establishes that the strong force would be contradicted
by the gravito-magnetic portion of the force, this concept should be detected in particle accelerators as a break down in the
strong force at near relativistic velocities of alpha particles and atomic nuclei. It also establishes that the gravitational force
and strong force may be treated as electro-magnetic since here in the strong force we find that the charge associated with the
matter energy has reached a maximum Planck Charge as I have defined earlier in this theory as that of the quantum black
hole maximum charge. Therefore the proton has reached a maximum charge allowed in the calculation of the strong force.

Device for measuring the Strong Gravito-Magnetic Force associated with nuclear
acceleration of a given material:
This device is designed to measure any 2 dimensional pull from a strong gravitomagnetic force.
The nuclei of a material are accelerated in a rotational velocity thereby creating a
strong gravito-magnetic force which is exerted onto a piezo-electric sensor that
measures any force pressure.
This force can be studied to determine if anti-gravity or energy research could be
studied further to benefit mankind.
The piezo-electric device may be substituted by another suitable sensor to establish
the measuring of the 2 dimensional strong gravito-magnetic force. Any device used
to measure the 2 dimensional gravito-magnetic strong force should be sensitive
enough to detect something in the range of standard magnetic forces since the
charge is close to the elementary charge.
