CIRCULAR
The Competent Authority,DDA has approved the constitution of panel of the following Advertising
Agencies for a period of two years for release of DDA advertisement w.e.f. 1st November, 2012. The
working /performance of the new panel will be reviewed after 6 months as per orders of the Competent
Authority.

All DDA's advertisement will be released through the above mentioned Advertising Agencies as per existing
Advertisement Policy and as per terms & conditions prevailing in DDA.

The panel will operate for a period of two years. However, performance of all agencies will be reviewed after six
months.
If any agency defaults / not found fit to continue or any document submitted is found not in order at a later
stage by the Competent Authority, the same will be removed/not awarded work without giving any notice or without
assigning any reason thereof i.e. non-performers can be removed from the panel of DDA without any notice.

All empanelled agencies will be given work on rotation basis for routine advertisements. For competitive
advertisements, two or three designs from the agency as per turn will be called for selection of the best appropriate
design.
5.
The power to remove the agency for non-performance or non-creativity or to select any agency for any campaign
out of turn on account of creativity, concept,etc. is vested with the competent authority.
6.
All the agencies should give suggestions for image management of DDA and also crisis management whenever
any crisis occurs. Suggestions given by the agencies periodically during the period of empanelment would be recognised
and given due weightage during the course of performance evaluation as decided by the competent authority.
7.
No agency will ask for the work from the organisation as a matter of routine or claim on the basis of
empanelment. DDA reserves the right to give work to any one or to any number of agencies depending on the area of
specialization and type of work.
8.
Director(Public Relations) will be the nodal officer for issue of all advertisements for the offices located in Vikas
Sadan and will ensure proper rotation and imaginative designing.
9.
All F.O.s/CE's Offices/Dir(Hort.)SE&NW's office/Commr(Planning)'s office releasing advertisements should
maintain a roster of all the releases recording details and a copy of the roster thus maintained should be sent to the
undersigned in the first week of every quarter.
