ACTORS THEATRE OF LOUISVILLE September 2010‐ Present Marketing Intern ‐ Led all marketing campaigns for Apprentice/Intern Company ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ productions including New Voices Young Playwrights Festival, creating timelines and delegating responsibilities to a team. Managed distribution, creation and proofreading of copy for numerous promotional materials, programs, press releases, online ads and pre‐show speeches. Managed E‐marketing campaigns for shows, events and audience enrichment and website maintenance. Managed the Actor’s Theatre’s Concierge Program for new Season Ticket Holders, managing several staff members, keeping in constant contact with numerous patrons, fielding all concerns and complaints, and tracking their experiences within the theatre. Worked outreach events promoting the presence of the theatre within the community. Tracked Daily Single Ticket Sales for entire season. Managed small donations from Actors Theatre to several charities. Collaborated with staff to create marketing strategies to promote shows and events. Researched various marketing tools and techniques to use towards growing audiences. General Administrative support, such as taking minutes and transcribing, managing patron databases, assisting in name‐ capture and NORRIE REAL ESTATE June 2004‐ August 2004 Manager of Customer Appreciation ‐ Managed customer database ‐ Managed the mailing of promotional materials. ‐ Created and distributed Customer Appreciation Gifts ‐ Event planning ‐ Creating contacts within the community such as restaurant partners and consistent venue locations.
