Protein Mini-Posters - DUE THURSDAY 12/3/15! You have three class periods to work on this project – two library days and one in class period. Your project drops one full grade for each day it is late. Using the information you found about your chosen complete and incomplete protein, create a mini poster for each (you are making 2 posters!) promoting them as a good source of protein. You do not need to purchase poster board. You my use a piece of cardboard from a recycled box; cereal boxes work well. Your poster needs to include the following information: The name of your protein identified as a complete or incomplete source of protein. A picture of your protein The cost, generally listed per pound, of your protein. Three interesting food related facts about your protein. One recipe that lists your protein as the main ingredient. Pictures must be colorful. I have crayons, markers, and color pencils if you do not have access to a color printer! You will be presenting one of your protein posters to the class so make them interesting!
