RULE 11 TRADING OF OTHER LISTED SECURITIES 11-101 Application of Rules With the exception of Rule 9 - Reporting of Trades, the Rules apply to trading in Listed Securities and Other Listed Securities unless otherwise specified. 11-102 Qualification of Other Listed Securities (1) The Exchange may designate securities listed on an exchange recognized in a jurisdiction in Canada as eligible for trading as Other Listed Securities provided such securities are not suspended or subject to a regulatory halt. (2) The Exchange may disqualify an Other Listed Security for trading at any time without prior notice. (3) Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Other Listed Security shall be disqualified for trading immediately if (a) the security is delisted by an exchange and is not listed on any stock exchange recognized in a jurisdiction in Canada; (b) the security is suspended by an exchange and the security would only trade as an Other Listed Security in Canada; (c) the security is subject to a regulatory halt; or (d) The Exchange, acting reasonably, determines that disqualification is necessary to protect the public interest or the maintenance of a fair and orderly market.
