Accurate Box Company’s high graphic corrugated boxes are made from 3 separate sheets
(rolls) of paper. The top sheet is typically made of either 10 point SBS (Solid Bleached
Sulfate) or a clay coated filled sheet. Either printing surface complements our 200 line
screen offset or litho printing expertise. The medium and bottom liners are corrugated
materials that are available in many different weights and strengths. Our box
optimization process in the selection of these substrates ensures that we achieve all of
our customers’ requirements with respect to graphics integrity,
strength, and
sustainability.
