idea. It can can kill the
animals that live in the
ocean.
• It is also bad for the
plants. If the plants
die, there are no
homes for the animals

ground will run-off into
storm drains on rainy
days.
• Once it flows into the
drain it goes to rivers, and
the ocean.
• If the everyone keeps
everything clean and
doesn’t litter, the ocean
would be clean.
Before effects of the ocean

the water there are
flounder, crabs,
starfish, and seaweed.
The ocean is also
clean. The fish,crabs,
starfish and seaweed
are healthy and safe.

and seaweed are still
living here but they are
sick from oil that enters
water ways by the storm
drains. This oil can clog
the fishes’ gills which
may not allow the fish to
find food easily. It will
cause them to die or lose
their habitat.
