ACQUIRED HEART VALVULAR DISEASE.
The purpose of the lecture: Introduction of students with acquired heart
disease, the causes of development, clinical features, course of complicated forms,
differential diagnosis, optimal treatment, postoperative care, rehabilitation patients.

Acquired heart valvular disease
The most common cause of valvular heart disease and the development of a
defect rheumatism, followed by infective endocarditis, coronary heart disease,
which determines postinfarction defects (ventricular septal defect, mitral
regurgitation, aortic heart block), chest injuries. Rare cause is atherosclerosis,
which can lead to a calcified aortic valve stenosis in the elderly.

Mitral stenosis

Mitral stenosis - is the most common rheumatic heart disease and is
