Atomic structure puzzles Teaching notes This resource consists of three puzzles, designed to challenge students at different levels. These activities can be used for revision, for homework or to consolidate the work done in a lesson. The third activity includes the opportunity to use greater problem solving and thinking skills. Students are asked to identify the strategies they have used. This could form part of a discussion session of problem solving. The teacher should be able to link it to scientific approaches to investigative/experimental work.
