KEY END-RESULTS 1. Contribute with the preparation of the Direct Marketing Strategy and Workplan by generating accurate and timely data and reports from the different donor database systems. 2. Exhaustive donor database reporting system periodically updated to support timely decision making on different PFP aspects related with donors and supporters. 3. Effective and timely database uploading & maintenance to support financial and marketing processes. 4. Database security and confidentiality procedures, directives and instructions effectively established, under the supervision of the Marketing Specialist, and in concordance with the organization guidelines and regulations. 5. Effective coordination and collaboration with Market Development Officer (Campaigns), Marketing Officer (Prospecting & Retention), Corporate Alliances Specialist, Special Events Officer and other ACO’s areas (ICT) for efficient working processes, advisory functions and general database support. Assist in the development of statistical report that predicts attrition rates, donor´s life time value, income projections, among other indicators. Help gaining donor’s insight, improving marketing efficiency, tailoring campaigns and programmes to the right donor segment, achieving higher profitability and developing longterm donor relationships. In close cooperation with the Marketing Officer (Prospect & Retention) assist in donor´s behaviour analysis using different segments and factors. Attend to PFP internal meetings (Corporate, Special Events and Direct Marketing) being able to identify and anticipate internal database requirements.
