Introduction
PT Cobra Group Indonesia is a nationwide sales and marketing
company, that serves wide range of customers with an extensive
range of products and services. These range from simple household
goods, health & beauty, children toys, both imported and locally
made. With many years of experience in Indonesian market, Cobra
Group Indonesia has grown substantially since its inception in 1993
and as the economic situation has strengthened the company has
flourished as well.Surviving the turbulence of 1998 Asian Crisis and
2008 Global Crisis, the company is currently under a major
restructuring in response to the challenge of 21st Century market
demands. The company is now offering more marketing channels
with new services and products to a wider target market. Supported
by a proven marketing methods, an ever increasing salesforce using
the latest technology, and advanced Contact Center, we are now
better than ever equipped and ready to serve our customers and
business partners.

Our History
It all began in 1988 when an Australian, named Troy Mobbs, started his
business venture by joining Mr. Chris Niarchos’ office of Cobra International in
Sydney, Australia in February 1988.
After spending sometimes at Sydney office, he moved to Brisbane where he
broke a new record for the corporation as the first person in Australia that hit
$100,000 sales in a week. Following his success in the Australian market, the
corporation offered Mr. Mobbs the opertunity to expand the business into the
overseas market.
In November 1993, he entered Indonesia and opened the Cobra office in
Jakarta. The market response was good and the business flourished. Soon it
expanded into other cities such as Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung and Medan
in 1994 and Ujung Pandang, Banjarmasin, and Bandar Lampung in 1995. After
that the company kept growing with currently more than 200 offices
nationwide and a 5,000 commission driven salesforce.
The company has now expanded to include its own call center facilities,
catalogue, online and TV sales.

our website at www.klubbelanja.com, which offers the customer multi
payment methods such as cash on delivery, credit card, transfer or
installment. The target customer are online shoppers for the growing
middle class of A & B consumer. The site supports local muslim designer for
clothing and religious product price range from 10 to 500 USD . A strategic
presence is also maintained on all other established e commerce site like
Toko Bagus, Bli Bli and Multiply, via our own shop and branding of Klub
Belanja.

• Currently the contact center is handling the transactions of
Klub Belanja which include, taking orders, answering
inquiries, handling complaints and processing the orders
(inbound calls).They have now started to develop
outbound sales service for several new initiatives.
