ENCORP PACIFIC (CANADA) JOB DESCRIPTION MARKETING PROGRAM/ PROJECT COORDINATOR – August 2013 Reporting directly to the Vice President, Development & Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Program Coordinator is accountable for the successful implementation of assigned marketing and outreach programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and assist in the implementation, monitoring and reporting of annual marketing plans, promotions, programs, tactics and initiatives. Execute and implement specific Depot marketing promotions/programs and contests. Manage the day to day operations of assigned outreach programs and projects including festival and events Periodically, or as assigned conduct program reviews to recommend improvements and build efficiencies. Research and gather information to produce various reports as may be requested by the CMO. Communicate and act as a liaison with program stakeholders and the general public. Work with the Internet Services company to manage and maintain the day to day requirements of the website, and social media strategy and be responsible for program related content updates. Contribute to, and coordinate content of bi-monthly corporate and program newsletters as directed. Assist in the proof reading of marketing materials prior to production in a timely manner. Manage the tracking and allocation of annual program budgets. Other related administrative marketing duties.
