I have received information on how to access the Adams Outdoor Advertising
Company Intranet and been informed that it is my responsibility to read the Adams
Outdoor Advertising Employee Handbook, which is located on the AOA Company
Intranet. This including the sections AOA Employee Guidelines, AOA Drug and
Alcohol Policy, AOA Conflict of Interest Policy, AOA Anti-Trust Policy as well as the
AOA Mission, Vision and Values document. "I agree to follow the policies,
procedures and guidelines contained in the handbook and to abide by any revisions
made to them in the future. Adams Outdoor Advertising similarly agrees to follow
the policies, procedures and guidelines contained in the handbook. I also
understand that it is my responsibility to represent the company and its products and
services honestly and accurately.
I understand and agree that:
• if I am a union member, all of the standards of conduct and company policies
apply to me, unless expressly contrary to the terms of an applicable collective
bargaining agreement.
By signing below, I agree to abide by the policies, rules and regulations of the
company and to conduct business with integrity and honesty. Furthermore, I
understand that my failure to do so could result in progressive disciplinary action, up to
and including termination.
