Bend toes back. Ask person to take a
deep breath in through nose, and then
out through the mouth. Push at a
45 degree angle deep into tissue as they
exhale. Hold until the foot relaxes or until
pain subsides.
NOTE: People tend to hold stress in their jaw,
shoulders, or solar plexus. If this area is
particularly sensitive, the person might be dealing
with stomach or digestion problems that are
stress related.
Solar Plexus – A complex network of nerves located in the abdomen as well as the location of the third chakra.

NOTE: On 2 down to B, you may feel bumps
indicating vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
If a bump if felt just above A, this could indicate
high amounts of toxins in the liver.
Liver – Is responsible for detoxification, protein synthesis, and the production of biochemicals necessary for digestion.

Stomach – The stomach stores swallowed food. It mixes the food with stomach acids and sends the mixture on to the small intestine.
Duodenum – Is largely responsible for the breakdown of food in the small intestine, using enzymes.Itisthefirstsectionofthesmallintestine.

Begin at point 1 and, using knuckle, drag
down to top of heel pad. Repeat at
points 2 and 3. Use the hook motion to
move upward into the wall of the
ascending colon.
Appendix

Small Intestine – The main function of the small intestine is the chemical digestion of food and absorption of nutrients into the blood.
Appendix – Researchers believe it acts as a safe house for good bacteria, which can be used to effectively reboot the gut following a bout of dysentery or cholera.
It is a small pouch that protrudes from the large intestine.
Large Intestine – Its function is to absorb water from the remaining indigestible food matter, and then to pass useless waste material from the body.

h Pancreas
Rock from point A to B using knuckle.
Kidney
To locate the kidney: Pull toes back to
expose tendon. Press with thumb on the
inside of the tendon just above the colon.
The kidney locaiton is different with every
person. Feel for triggers, tenderness or a
hard spot somewhat like a kidney bean.
Once the kidney is found, push in with
knuckle and twist into kidney point. Drag
down to the bladder and out the side of
the foot to the urethra (see j below).

mALE: Bladder / Urethra
Beginning at the bladder point,
drag thumb or knuckle to just below
the ankle bone. Use a circular motion
to continue out the urethra.
For male only, circle around
cowper gland.
