Campaign Ads to Analyze and Describe Tasks: 1. Examine the following ads and try to identify any irrational appeals or propaganda techniques. Get through as many as you can. Directions: On a piece of paper, for the following links, write down the name of the candidate, the name of the ad, and your analysis. Example: John McCain: Man in the Arena. If you already know which ad you want to use for your paper, choose that one, because this description could become part of your paper, but if you don’t know, do this as a way of practicing description.
