Filtration Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at our Process Technologies Division headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position reports to the Division President. SUMMARY The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist develops, executes and measures a broad range of marketing programs to support the key business objectives and drive growth for the Process Technologies Division of Filtration Group. This key individual will help develop multi-channel (web, social media, trade show, B2B, industry associations) marketing plans which supports the vision and strategy for the business and leverages internal and external resources to execute the plan. The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist owns the development of sales and marketing collateral (websites, presentations, case studies, brochures, sell-sheets) and works closely with product management, sales and external partners to help manage the lead generation and lead management activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and creating strategies, tactics, activities and materials for the purpose of conveying the most positive/impactful marketing message to target markets Develop multi-channel and multi-media sales and marketing collateral (presentations, videos, case studies, brochures, sell sheets, whitepapers and position papers) Analyze campaign and activation results and determine user engagement to ensure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies as well as develop frameworks to help refine our media strategies Create a robust messaging strategy (internal and external) and execute to ensure dissemination and adoption of the messaging Consult with team to ensure alignment on brand strategy, consistent messaging and brand ID management and shares best practices around marketing tools (i.e. websites, collateral, email blasts, etc.) and develop standard work Develop and manage multi-channel/multi-media lead generation and lead management activities using CRM Manage and measure ongoing marketing plans, making recommendations about objectives, key messaging, new marketing vehicles, budget estimates, research/metrics, etc. and then executing approved plans throughout successful completion Drive continuous improvement in marketing and communications processes. Monitor and measure results of communications tactics Generate excitement, energy and passion for the products and business; ensure momentum continually grows both internally and externally QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field required Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications, preference for filtration industry experience or experience in manufacturing, consumer durable or technology companies Proficient in CRM systems, SFDC proficiency strongly preferred; Software proficiency in MS Office products as wells as html, JavaScript, ASP, WordPress, Concrete5, Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems Demonstrated ability in creating and deploying integrated marketing programs from development to execution Strategic thinker with a high tolerance for ambiguity and strong creativity to develop positioning and messaging Well-versed in traditional as well as digital marketing tools Excellent communication skills: writing, editing, presenting, relating to colleagues, and project management Ability to maintain positive relationships with other internal teams while driving to desired outcomes and business expectations Resourceful, self-starter, self-motivated, decisive and able to deliver high quality work to tight timelines Ability to develop relationships with trade/industry associations and publications Effective communicator who can develop creative content to be distributed through multiple channels An Equal Opportunity Employer
