Workshop Title Marketing Management Workshop Marketing occurs in any organisation that provides goods and Description services to external publics. This workshop seeks to develop skills in the core competencies involved in marketing management. Delegates will gain valuable marketing knowledge and be able to competently plan, execute and control activities related to marketing. They will also be able to troubleshoot a host of related challenges that may arise and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The workshop also looks at the elements of the marketing environment, understand consumer behaviour, gain information on marketing research and marketing decision making. The workshop also looks at market segmentation, market positioning and effective target marketing. The workshop also looks at pricing strategies, developing marketing channels and the importance of marketing intermediaries. The workshop also covers strategic marketing and how this is planned and executed. Admission Requirements • Must be at least twenty three years of age. • Must be in possession of a matric certificate or the mature age exemption procedure will apply.
