4. Diary Entry- Imagine that you are a monk or a nun and it is your first day in the
monastery/convent. Write a diary entry for one day, explaining all the things that you
have done.
Include the following –

□ How you feel about being in the monastery/convent?

Western civilization arose from a synthesis (combination) of classical Greco-Roman
(Greek and Roman) civilization, Judeo-Christian (Jewish/Christian) influence, and the
cultures of northern European peoples (Germanic tribes/Magyars/Vikings).
