context of the continuous development of our activities, we are currently recruiting:
Senior Fund Consultant (m / f ) Alternative Investment Funds
Your Tasks
Your Profile
• You will be part of our Legal & Compliance
department and will be responsible for the set up of Alternative Investment Funds in cooper-
ation with the initiator and the respective legal advisers.
•You will manage the fund set-up process, de-­
fining all necessary activities with fund
managers, law firms, depositaries, authorities and financial intermediaries.
•You will be the main contact person for initia-
tors, internal departments and authorities and
responsible for drafting, reviewing and negoti-
ating relevant contracts.
•If you are self-reliant, work in a team-oriented
manner and are eager to take on responsi bilities and new challenges, you are the ideal candidate for us.
•University degree in law or a similar field
•Relevant professional experience in the
investment fund business, especially in the
area of Real Estate and Private Equity
Vehicles in Luxembourg
•Profound knowledge of the relevant Luxem bourg and German regulatory environment concerning investment funds
•Sound understanding of the international
financial markets
•You are highly professional, confident,
outgoing and open-minded
•Fluency in English and German is mandatory;
a good command of French is considered
a plus
