 You can use OP Financial Group cards to pay
for your purchases in shops and to withdraw cash
both in Finland and abroad
 It is safe and convenient to use a card instead of cash
 Your account statement clearly shows
where and when you have used your card
 There are no minimum or maximum limits for card purchases in Finland

 Card for cash withdrawals and the payment of purchases
 Purchases and ATM withdrawals made anywhere in the world will be directly debited
from your bank account with OP Financial Group.

Daily Banking - Payments

 You can pay invoices at a branch or by using a payment service
 Using the payment service to pay your invoices
 Submit a completed giro form to your own member bank in a payment service
envelope
 No later than five days before the due date
 It will be paid from your account on the due date
 Payment service envelopes are available from our branches
 Assistance for making payments
 The member banks provide you with assistance regarding payments. For
example, you can complete a payment form with a bank employee or ask for
advice.

How about the Internet banking services?
 Unfortunately according the Finnish laws and regulations we are able to open the
internet banking services only to customers with Finnish personal identity code
 Also the only acceptable ID’s when opening internet banking services are
 EU-passport
 Identity card issued by Finnish police

 Foreign citizens whose residence in Finland is permanent or exceeds more than one year
may be issued a personal identity code
 Foreign citizens should contact the local register office of their place of residence for
registration
 The police may issue an identity card to a foreign citizen who is permanently resident in
Finland and entered in the Population Information System (Issuing an identity card to a
foreign citizen)

Should you have any problems
 In case you have lost your Visa Electron card
 Write down the number of your Visa Electron card immediately you get your
own card
 Directly when you notice that your card is lost or stolen,
please call +358 20 333 and close your card
 They will ask your card number to close your card
 Your responsibilities will end on exact moment you close your card.
 The number operates 24 hours every day
