BIO-NUTRITION A PLANT HEALTH FORMULATION FOR MAKING THEM RESISTANT TO DISEASES AND DROUGHT POTASH MOBILIZING BACTERIA COMPOSITION MOVI’K is a formulation containing Potassium Mobilizing Bacteria. It increases the availability of ‘unavailable K’ in the soil and thereby increases mineral uptake by the plant. KEY BENEFITS MOVI’K helps in mobilizing Potash in the soil and thereby; • Increases disease resistance and drought tolerance • Helps in photosynthesis process • Translocates carbohydrates to the roots and fruits • Helps accumulation of sugar in fruits and thereby increases crop yield • Regulates the opening and closing of the stomata and helps in osmotic regulation • Enhances development of fruit size and color • Enhances shelf life of produce SHELF LIFE 2 years from the date of manufacturing PACKAGING 500 g,1 kg BIO-NUTRITION POTASH RICH YIELD - A KEY TO PROSPERITY MODE OF ACTION • Bacteria in MOVI’K are capable of solubilizing the unavailable forms of ‘K’ in K-bearing minerals such as micas, illite and orthoclase through production and excretion of organic acids like citric, oxalic and tartaric acid • Organic acids produced can facilitate the weathering of minerals by directly dissolving ‘K’ from rocks or through the formation of metal-organic complexes by forming chelate with silicon ions to bring the ‘K’ into solution • Bacteria in MOVI’K produce carboxylic acids and capsular polysaccharide which are associated with solubilization of feldspar • The other possible hypotheses/mechanisms to mobilize soil ‘K’ reserve are due to bio films formation on the rhizospheric mineral surfaces. Bio films are known to regulate transport of heavy metals and possibly other cations and nutrients to the microbes, and isolate mineral weathering and nutrient uptake by bacteria from bulk soil processes.
