Our underlying marketing database platform is an open-architecture solution which is proven, flexible and
scalable. We integrate all relevant data sources, internally or externally sourced, into our clients’ B2C, B2B
or hybrid marketing databases. We leverage a wide array of data hygiene services to which we have
access, for example NCOA and Connexus® persistent keys, to cleanse and consolidate the data in order to
produce a holistic and enhanced view of each customer and household within the database. We also preintegrate best-of-breed marketing automation tools for data mining, campaign management and business
intelligence to support the reporting, campaign management and analysis needed to continually analyze,
test, measure and improve our clients’ marketing efforts.

Strategy and Analytics – Our Strategic Marketing Services team is involved with each client engagement
right from the start. Using our strategic framework as a guide “Transforming to Customer-Centricity,” our
team offers a range of industry expertise and analytic capabilities provided by more than 45 analysts and
statisticians within the group. The team provides strategic marketing consulting services such as campaign
strategy development and analysis as well as statistical model recommendations and model development.
Implementation – Our implementation team is comprised of experts with extensive experience specifically
building marketing databases. The implementation teams leverage our proven, proprietary implementation
methodology featuring our Solution Delivery Specification process to achieve your business goals. Timelines
for the implementation process can vary based on client requirements, but typically track in the 4-6 month
range. And we have an unblemished track record with all of our implementation commitments being
delivered – on-time and on-budget.
Relationship Management – Our Relationship Management teams, defined by our industry-specific
expertise, bring aptitudes that are specific to business challenges in your marketplace. Your designated
Relationship Manager is engaged during the implementation process to ensure continuity when the solution
is transitioned into production. Under full engagement, the Relationship Manager manages a predetermined
number of resources on a monthly basis; and is the liaison for all additional Equifax resources for database
updates, enhancements, analysis, campaigns, reports and ad hoc projects. For planning purposes, this level
of activity is estimated and agreed upon between Equifax Database Services and the client during the sales
process. This ongoing service model is well received by our clients, who prefer the budget predictability that
projected expectations can provide.
