to invest. Select from 12 exclusive pools that aim to meet a variety of investment needs, including
capital preservation, growth and income.
4
Carefully Constructed
These multi-manager investment pools combine strategically allocated active portfolios. Our managers take a risk-conscious approach
that includes:
Multi-Manager Investments
Each pool is comprised of core asset classes and takes a multi-manager approach. Equity pools offer the growth potential of stocks,
while the fixed income pool offers the income and stability that traditionally comes with bonds. Balanced pools provide various
allocations of equities and fixed income securities.
Investment Grade Fixed Income
Our fixed income and balanced pools maintain an overall credit quality of investment grade within their fixed income exposures,
which is traditionally more conservative and less volatile than the credit quality of lower grade bonds.
Low Volatility Exposure
As part of their U.S. equity exposure, the equity pools employ a dedicated low-volatility strategy. This aims to generate returns
comparable to the market over a full business cycle while helping to minimize the impact of market corrections.

Preferential Pricing
Difference in growth with preferential pricing
Advantage of Scale
Our preferred price structure starts at a minimum
investment of $150,000 per pool. As your wealth
builds, price discounts continue at higher tiers.
The chart illustrates the difference in value when
these discounts are applied against the median retail
fund in the Global Neutral Balanced category.
Preferential pricing savings of 0.26% on a $1 million
investment could result in additional growth of more
than $138,000 over 20 years.
First-Class House Holding Benefits
When a household has $250,000 worth of eligible
assets with Mackenzie Investments, the minimum
investment per pool is generally waived.

Tax-Efficient Options
For Building Wealth
Investors can choose between four pools that offer a corporate class option, which allows you to switch between pools without
triggering a tax event. By deferring the taxes you would pay upon redemption, you can make important decisions without
worrying about tax consequences. Additionally, deferring the tax paid from your investments keeps more money in your
account, meaning more opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of compounding through potential investment returns.
For Tax-Efficient Income
Both the Corporate Class and Trust versions of the pools provide options for tax-efficient cash flow for investors.
The fixed income and equity pools provide a 5% annual fixed rate distribution, which is paid monthly and is
tax deferred (for corporate class).
The income balanced pools provide a 4% annual fixed rate distribution that is paid monthly and is tax deferred
(for corporate class).
