Leading Analyst Firm Positions Oracle’s Siebel Multi-Channel Campaign Management
Software in Leader’s Quadrant

Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) today announced that its Siebel Enterprise
Marketing Suite has been positioned in the Leader's Quadrant of the
Gartner Multi-Channel Campaign Management, 2008 Magic Quadrant
report.1

The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors based on their
completeness of vision and their ability to execute on that vision.

According to Gartner, vendors in the Leaders Quadrant "... consistently
do considerably better in overall campaign management performance for
basic and advanced campaign management, as well as for integration
with e-marketing. Leaders have high market visibility, high market
penetration, strong market momentum and a strategic vision for growing
the campaign management business."

Siebel Enterprise Marketing links strategy and planning to multi-channel
execution and measurement, and uniquely guides marketers through
tasks based on embedded best practices. It offers integrated but modular
solutions covering planning and resource management, campaign
