Chapter 9: What Is Happening in America Today?

The Muslim Brotherhood
"Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur'an is
our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest
hope. Allahu akbar!”
The Brotherhood’s goal is to turn the world into an Islamist
empire. The Muslim Brotherhood, founded in Egypt in 1928, is a
revolutionary fundamentalist movement to restore the caliphate and strict
shariah (Islamist) law in Muslim lands and, ultimately, the world. Today, it has
chapters in 80 countries.
“It is in the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose
its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet.” — \

The Brotherhood wants America to fall. It tells followers to be
patient because America . . .
“. . . is heading towards its demise. The U.S. is an infidel that does not
champion moral and human values and cannot lead humanity.” —

“Is America vulnerable to the Muslim advance? Are we immune from
the pressures that Islam will bring to bear on us as a nation and as
churches? The answer should make us both uncomfortable and alert,
for ominous signs are on the horizon.”

*It is critical to remember that Islam is not merely a religion – it is a
detailed system of laws that regulate all of life . It is economic,
political, social, military, legal and religious.
*Islam governs all aspect so civil society and human life , both
public and private
*Lutzer notes that MOST Muslims globally do not support the idea
of the forced implementation of Sharia law – that is, those who
wish to bring Sharia to the West do not represent the majority of
Muslims . . . HOWEVER . . . it is the extremists who wield the
political and religious power and authority in Islam
NOTE: In Islam, criticizing and questioning religious authority is
forbidden . . .it is punishable by death!

grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within
and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of believers
so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other
religions.”

Muslim Brotherhood has a two-fold objective:
*to implement Sharia law globally
*to reestablish the global caliphate (Islamic State)

without His permission. With such assurances we can move forward,
refusing t be intimidated and being grateful for the opportunity to have
our faith and courage tested. And we can exhibit Christ-like love and
compassion to our Muslim neighbors, seeing them not as our enemy ,
but as people in need of a Savior.”
