_______This Notebook is very neatly organized with all notes hole punched and placed on the 3 rings
of the binder- NOT in pockets, NO Loose pages and NOT falling out- notes are written neatly and
easy to reference. There are 6 dividers and everything in the proper sections behind the dividers
(does not need to be in the exact order) BUT all the Present tense is put together, ALL the preterit
tense is placed together – not mixed up, ALL the Imperfect tense is placed together and ALL the
Preterit vs Imperfect is placed together. In addition, both parent/guardian and student signatures
(singed and dated) are on the paper and it is tuned in on time.
*LAST UNIT: may not have all this information until January.
