There are 6 dividers and everything in the proper sections behind the dividers (does not need to be in the exact order) BUT all the Present tense is put together, ALL the preterit tense is placed together – not mixed up, ALL the Imperfect tense is placed together and ALL the Preterit vs Imperfect is placed together. In addition, both parent/guardian and student signatures (singed and dated) are on the paper and it is tuned in on time. *LAST UNIT: may not have all this information until January.
