 Develop educational materials  Organize a national advocacy workshop  To integrate the eco‐efficiency approach in national and sectoral plans;
 To raise awareness at the national and local levels on the benefits of the eco‐efficient approach;
 To develop institutional capacities at both the national and local levels of government and in the private sector to plan, implement and manage eco‐efficient water infrastructure;
 To utilize technologies that would provide cost‐
efficient improvement of water infrastructure.
