Students must log into the Campus Portal and register for courses. This worksheet is to prepare the students for this online registration. Students will turn this worksheet into the BHS counselors. Go to www.bashabears.com and select A+ Online Grades from the upper right. Students must select classes to fill six (6) periods. Students must provide at least two (2) alternate choice for electives. More can be entered online. Students in need of Off Campus Release Time (Seminary) must indicate by filling in one of their electives. This will replace one elective and yield no credit toward graduation. They will need a zero hour class as it is mandatory to be enrolled in six (6) credit earning classes. Placement in zero hour classes is not guaranteed. Students may select optional zero hour classes in addition to the required six (6). Possible zero hour classes are listed on the back of this form. They will only be offered if there is adequate enrollment and / or teaching personnel available. Zero hour classes are not guaranteed. You must provide your own transportation for zero hour classes. There is a summer reading project for Honors English 9. Go to the English page at www.bashabears.com in late spring for details. If you are taking Geometry or higher, we recommend you also take Honors Biology. Fall Sports Available: Badminton, Cross Country, Girls Volleyball, Boys & Girls Golf, Football, Swimming, Freshman Tennis, and Spirit line. If you’ve taken the same foreign language in both 7th and 8th grade, then you may sign up for the 2nd year of that language. Be sure to sign up for classes that are available to 9th graders Beginning dance is not offered to 9th graders. Any class signed up for that isn’t offered to 9th graders will be removed from your schedule and one of your alternate choices will be selected. Marching Band and Percussion meet after school as a 7th hour class.
