SELF-ESTEEM:
 Identity: Who you are. This includes
personality, attitudes, and beliefs.
 Connection: The need to belong
and feel appreciated.
 Competence: Knowledge of what you
can do.
 Purpose: Having goals and making
progress toward reaching them.
