Waterways • • • • There are many types of bodies of water. Pacific ocean Elwha River. Straight of Juan de Fuca. Hood Canal and Puget Sound. Rocks and Minerals • There are many different types of rocks and minerals in Olympic National Park. • One rock is salt. • There are a lot of Sedimentary rocks. • There are Igneous rocks. Culture Continued • The culture in Washington State has changed over time. • First the Native Americans came to the Olympic National park. • Then the settlers came. • Now visitors came to the park.
