Presentation Requirements
 Students will work in groups to create a class
PowerPoint presentation. They will use a
rotation schedule to work on the computer.
 Each class group has an 8 slide minimum.
Each small group must create one slide.
 Each slide must have at least one sound, one
graphic, one transition, and one animation.
Teacher Preparations
 Create desktop folders for each of the classes
 Obtain diskettes for each of the classes
 Create a desktop folder to store heart graphics videos,
and wavs
 Browse the internet and collect heart graphics, videos,
and wavs and store them in designated folder
 Prepare desk work for the students who are not on the
computer since this is all being accomplished in a one
computer classroom
Presentation Schedule
 Students will follow a two week schedule for the
creation of presentations.
 Groups are designated by having students number off
in numbers 1 - 8
 Monday- teacher instruction of program; begin
researching the heart and blood
 Tuesday-continue research; rough draft of slides due
 Wednesday through Wednesday-students work on
Capitalization and Punctuation packets from textbook
while small groups rotate on the computer to design
slides

heart and blood. For example, use

be defined and paraphrased by
students.
