AUIRS20302S 3-Phase Gate Drive IC
The automotive qualified AURS20302S threephase gate driver IC is designed for 12V, 24V
and 48V vehicle applications including highvoltage air conditioner compressors, pumps,
BLDC motor drives up to 600W and highvoltage motor drives.
