Importance of Vegetables and Fruits Every one of us has a physiological needs to be met in order to be survival. They are include; *water. *food. *sleep. *breathing. I choose the food aspect, because We ARE WHAT WE EAT. I will not talk about the nutritional benefits of vegetables and fruits, which are known to all, but I’ m going to talk about the miracle of the shapes of the vegetables and fruits. An amazing insight of civilizations past has now been confirmed by today's investigative, nutritional sciences. That every whole food has a pattern that resembles a body organ or physiological function and that this pattern acts as a signal or sign as to the benefit the food provides the eater. Here is a short list of examples of Food Signatures: “Grapes” hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food. A sliced “Carrot” looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes “Walnut” looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function. “Celery”, “Rhubarb” and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones have sodium and these foods are contain of sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body. It really makes one think how amazing our GOD is to create human beings so amazingly, and even design food for us that has so many similarities and benefits for us. Maybe more people will now turn to their Maker and realize how awesome He really is, even in little things such as grapes and carrot. But it is not a valid point, as foods do not have a particular health benefit to one organ of the body. Walnuts and all the foods mentioned are good for the entire body (equally), though may be advertised as good for the brain is not only good for the brain, etc. Presented by: هبه علي العمري ثالث/ج انجليزي
