Shallum Asher Xavier represented Pakistan in Norway in 2008 and again 2011.
The 2011 month long tour was coordinated by Shallum’s Point One Three Productions and Ingrid
Kindem of Concerts Norway (Rikskonsertene) . Shallum brought his band Fuzon with him and they
made history by becoming the 1st Pakistani band to ever perform with a 64 piece Orchestra.
From the Tour in 2008 “Shallum Xavier, guitar virtuoso of Fuzon fame is making the country proud once
again on an international level. He has been invited to perform in Oslo, Norway this week with music
and performances that represent the culture of Pakistan. He has composed the score for it himself also
using the talents of pro musicians like Ustad Pappu, the flute player of Mekaal Hasan Band fame and
even a classically trained dancer Shirimi Dharmarutanam from India. This will be his first solo project of
this kind and will feature music and songs made solely by him especially for this show”
Shallum has a vast and extensive career includes collaborating with world renown artists , he has also
contributed to many soundtracks including his guitar work on Strings last two albums Durrr and Dhani ,
Najam Sheraz with his Album Jaisay Chaho Jiyo , Zeb and Haniya with their debut album Chup,
a twelve minute piece was arranged and composed for Yousuf Bashir Qureshi ‘s fashion show
and the band Fryd in Norway to list just a few.

Shallum Asher Xavier with Fuzon performed with Ari Roland Jazz Quartet from USA.
The collaboration took place in late 2011,the idea was initiated and supported by the USA Embassy in
Pakistan, the performances in Pakistan generated numerous goodwill and was covered in the
National Press in both countries and on CNN International News.

Shallum Celebrated 10 Years of Music with Fuzon in 2011
Fuzon The biggest musical sensation to revolutionize the
Pakistani & Indian music scene in the past ten years.
Fuzon has broken boundaries and records at home and abroad.
Their first album ‘Saagar’ (released 2002) has won awards at every level
and has been a blockbuster appealing to audiences of every age.
It sold over 100,000 copies in India alone.
Fuzon is t he brainchild of Music Producer Emu the band’s Keyboardist and Lead Guitarist
Shallum Xavier the band bases its roots on experimentation and collaboration between
different soundscapes and musical disciplines, hence the name ‘Fuzon’, Rameez Mukhar
the band’s seasoned Vocalist joined the band with the release of 2nd album Journey.

Fuzon has toured extensively Internationally and have had the privilege to perform at the
historical and prestigious Royal Albert Hall on quite a few occasions, also repeat tours in
USA, Norway India and Malaysia to name a few.,
