Multicultural Marketing Program Resources
Key Programs & Services
Baseball legend Yoggi Berra once said “the future ain’t what it used to be.” That certainly holds true for the United States
housing market as demographics have been changing rapidly. In fact, both U.S. Census 2000 and 2010 report that the
growth percentage of Hispanic and Asian Americans is often two to five times higher than the growth of the White and
African American populations. Initially, the Multicultural Marketing Program (MMP) resources are designed to assist
escrow and sales professionals capture more business from real estate professionals and lenders working with these two
rapidly growing market segments. Below you will find information on many MMP products. These and other products,
such as demographics, newsletters) can be found in the Multicultural Resource Center, a SharePoint site located in our
FNF home intranet, in the marketing section under Business Tools. The MMP is another tool in your tool box. Put it to
work and enjoy the benefits.
