heart health by funding vital research, advancing cardiac rehabilitation and promoting healthy lifestyle
choices. The website has details of lifestyle choices
which improve a healthy heart, facts about diet, includes recipes.

The Heart Foundation has launched DigiVillage, a
website with a focus to improve heart health. An interactive site allows students and teachers to upload video clips and to share physical and
nutrition activities, heart healthy information and learning stories with others around New
Zealand and to access free heart Foundation resources. Sign up for access.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has commissioned the development of national evidence
based guidelines for the management and treatment of overweight and obesity for children/youth and adults. The new guidelines are part of the national Healthy Eating Healthy

anatomy of the heart, explains how the heart works to pump blood through the body,

Healthy Refrigerator
