Identification
When communicating with Gold Club or with the service centre, always provide the
machine SERIAL NUMBER, which can be found on the plate located on the right side
of the cabinet.

Transportation
The machine is normally transported by surface means. The machine is protected
with carton and plastic sheeting.
Unloading
On receiving the machine, it is advisable to check its condition and integrity. Raise
the machine with normal lifting equipment.
Environmental specifications
To ensure that the slot operates properly, it is advisable to comply with the following
limits:
Operating temperature: 5-25 °C
Relative humidity: 15-95%
Positioning and maintenance
When positioning and installing the machine, the following must be taken into
account:

the laws and standards in force regarding the installation of electrical equipment
the directives and indications issued by the electrical supply network
local building and fire-prevention laws
accident prevention regulations

Starting and operating with machine
Users (operators) have limited acess to machine. Stacker is accesable through belly
door and ticket printer is pulled out trough ticket opening and than ticket paper is
inserted.
Slot is powered up via key switch on the right side and for shoutdown is done via
machine managment ( look chapter 3.2)
Attention!!! Inside slot are parts on high voltage! Only qualified service can
have acess to that area!

1.3 THE STRUCTURE OF THE GAMING MACHINE
The gaming machine, in this case a game star slot machine, is made according to all the norms and
standards. Basically, it is constructed from metallic and plastic parts. In terms of structure, it is a
gaming machine from the Gold Club: Classics Series round tops with an in-built two 22” TFT monitor,
one with touch screen controller. In addition to the monitor, the machine is equipped with external
keys that give the player easier and simpler access and use.
In addition to the components visible externally, each gaming machine also comprises highperformance computer elements and components. The Windows embaded operating system is used
with hard discs or flash discs for data storage.
Regarding means of payment of credit and the payout, we only use quality and tested devices, such
as acceptors by the manufacturer JCM, Future Logic, ticket printer, Azkoyen coin acceptors and
hoppers by a well-known British manufacturer.
The gaming machine cabinet is made of sheet metal and is painted black, grey or white. The front of
the machine, which also forms the door, is made of strong steel. The door of the gaming machine is
opened using a lock and a pin, which are fixed to the right side of the cabinet. The top part of the
machine is made of steel, under which there are light bulbs, giving the machine a more attractive and
brighter look.

2 INSTALLATION OF THE GAMING MACHINE
2.1 THE CONFIGURATION OF A NUMBER OF GAMING MACHINES
Gaming machines manufactured by the Gold Club, d. o. o, can be placed side by side. In this case, a
minimum space must be ensured between them. The minimum distance between two machines
should be 18 cm; however, the recommended spacing for slot machines is 20 cm. The space is
necessary to avoid interrupting the opening of the front door of the machine as this is the only way it
is possible to ensure a view into the interior and any servicing that proves necessary.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE MANUFACTURER REGARDING THE INSTALLATION OF THE GAMING
MACHINE
 The gaming machine may only be used in enclosed spaces and must under no condition come
into contact with water.
 The installation of the machine may only be performed in the prescribed position – vertical – as
shown by the picture below.
 The cabinet must be additionally secured to the foreseen rack (cashbox) for the purpose of
preventing possible movement of the machine caused by the player.
 The slots on the left and right sides of the cabinet must under no circumstances be covered as
these cover the fans that ensure the dissipation of hot air from the machine.

2.2 HOW TO CONNECT THE GAMING DEVICE
Connection of the gaming machine is simple and straightforward. The slot machine is connected to
the electrical grid (AC 230V/50Hz) with the aid of an adjoined electrical conduit. In the event of the
conduit not being adjoined, the user must purchase it, paying attention to the conduit dimensions
recommended by the manufacturer (a minimum of 3x0.75 mm2). The connection cable must be
certificated and suitable for your country.
The connection plug is located on the rear side of the gaming machine (see the image below).
ATTENTION: An incorrect electrical supply voltage may cause damage or permanently damage the
gaming machine, for which Gold Club, d. o. o, cannot assume responsibility.
