Execution of evidence based and population based strategies that will ensure there is regular physical activity and healthier dietary selections accessible, cheap and easily available to every person. A policy such as a taxation on sugar sweetened beverages could help because the price of those drinks will be high and it will be expensive to the ordinary people hence they will not afford to buy them frequently.
