GROUP PROJECT
Pre-assigned groups of 5-6 students will prepare a marketing report for a new product/service which is not
available in North Cyprus`s consumer or business market. The students should import a product/service to
North Cyprus. The students are free to enter any market (e.g. pharmacy, medical, technology,
accommodation, cleaning, automobile etc.) with their chosen product/service. Please do not prepare a report
about a product/service which is not possible to produce or imagine. YOUR PROJECT SHOULD BE
REALISTIC, PROFESSIONAL AND CONVINCING.
Your report should be at least 30 but not more than 45 pages. The report should at least include the
following:













Executive summary
Detailed information about the product/service (including images and pictures)
Detailed information about the chosen market and consumer trends in the market
Market segmentation
What is your target market and why?
Why do you think this product will be successful in the target market?
Cost and the price of the product
Forecasting sales
Which communication channels will you employ and why?
Which marketing channels will you employ and why?
How will you establish long lasting relationships with your customers?
Which loyalty program will you employ and why?
Conclusion
