The company was established in 1969 and operates from a
40,000 sq ft. manufacturing facility in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire,
UK. Roxburgh EMC is one of four brands from DEM Manufacturing;
a division of Alpha 3 Manufacturing Ltd, which also comprises
three other manufacturing businesses; CTL Manufacturing, CCS
Electronics and Tekdata Interconnections Ltd.

three phase series provides a standard performance. The filters
are economically priced and lightweight with side mounting and
IP rated terminal blocks.
Typical applications include: Machine tools, UPS, industrial
controls, process controls and mechanical handling equipment.
This three phase range offering high performance is designed
for all drive applications including servo, inverter and motor
drives. The filters are economically priced and lightweight with
side mounting and IP rated terminal blocks.

Suited for applications using IEC 60320 C13 power leads, this
free standing IEC320 style filter network includes an earth line
choke and across the line VDR. They are typically a retrofit
product where emissions and immunity issues have been
discovered after design completion. Typical applications

How does the testing work?
To test a product, machine or system, first we engage our customers to establish the exact requirements. Often as not,
we can help you make informed decisions regarding product compliance or provide assistance in choosing the correct
limits for the emissions tests. We take information regarding your device or product range and determine the simplest and
most cost-effective approach and solution. We then perform the testing at our in-house test facility or if necessary use our
mobile test equipment at your own site and convenience.

We can provide simple print-outs of your emissions scans which show the basic test information or provide a highly
detailed and meaningful test report, complete with photos, results and conclusions that you can use as evidence of
conformance to support your declaration to the necessary directives and standards.
