-Take students to computer lab
-Assign each student 2 gods/goddesses
-Hand out “Greek gods/goddess graphic organizer”
-using http://www.greek-gods.info/ancient-greece/ or
http://www.abc.net.au/arts/wingedsandals/default_lowband.htm , fill in information for the
two gods or goddesses assigned to you
(25 -30 minutes)
-Students will then come up to the room and act out one of the two gods/goddesses assigned
to them. Students must convey information found on their graphic organizer. Students will
take notes on the god/goddess the student is acting out.
-Teacher will model Zeus, “My name is Zeus, and I am the father of all of the other gods, my
symbol is . . . “
-If two students think their two gods/goddesses would work well together, they must ask the
teacher for permission to do so.
