Late Gadolinium In RVOT Tachycardia - Research •LGE CMR was extended to the sub-pulmonary in one patient(marked by star sign in case a) Measuring Right Ventricle from Short Axis Image in Diastole • The RV is a difficult structure to measure in short axis (SA) – Start at the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) • Look for pulmonary artery (PA) and the beginning of RV • Terminate at apex Measuring Right Ventricle from Short Axis Image in Systole • Systolic images of the heart – Yellow represents endocardial borders of RV • Heart is in peak contraction
