(CPC במהלך הקורס מתקיימים שני מפגשים בבתי חולים. במהלך הקורס בפתולוגיה כללית יינתנו מספר בחנים ובסיומו תיערך בחינה מסכמת. נושאי הלימוד בקורס לפתולוגיה כללית כוללים: הסתגלות תאים ,פיגמנטים והסתיידויות ,עמילואידוזיס ,דלקת ,ריפוי פצע ,המודינמיקה, אתרוסקלרוזיס ופתולוגיה של כלי דם ,מחלות גנטיות ,פתולוגיה בעובר ובגיל הרך, אימונופתולוגיה ,ממאירות ,ציטולוגיה ,שיטות מתקדמות במעבדה האבחנתית ,פתוגנזה של מחלות זיהומיות ,מחלות סביבה ,נזקי קרינה ,תזונה ,פתולוגיה משפטית. מספר כולל של שעות 96 :שעות ,במשך כל סמסטר ב' הקורס מורכב מ 83שעות הרצאה (כולל דיוני CPCומעבדות וירטואליות לכל הכיתה) 4מעבדות +שני ביקורים בבית החולים ,ושלושה דיוני CPC לימוד עצמי בנוסף ,כל פרק לימוד כולל לימוד עצמי מתוך הנושאים המובאים ב .Webpath בנוסף ,על הסטודנטים להכיר רשימת מושגים בסיסיים בפתולוגיה וברפואה .הרשימה ניתנת להם
