Individual Marketing Programme Manager – Donor Development Team: Individual Marketing Directorate: Fundraising Reporting to: Senior Individual Marketing Programme Manager Hours: 34.5 per week Salary: £28,000 – £28,800 Grade: C Location: Millbank, London Purpose: To plan, develop and implement allocated warm Direct Marketing projects and campaigns to meet the overall objectives of the Donor Development programme. Main Responsibilities: 1. Plan, develop and implement assigned projects and campaigns to contribute to the overall individual giving programme, focussing primarily on the Warm Cause programme (welcome journey, cash appeals and upgrade campaigns) across key channels. 2. Responsible for ensuring projects are managed to deliver budgeted targets and agreed KPIs. 3. Maintain accurate records of expenditure and income for assigned campaigns, reporting on ongoing performance of live activity. 4. Act as a central point of contact for assigned projects, liaising extensively with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Collaborate with supporter journey planners, data team and other stakeholders to select audiences, optimise supporter targeting and ensure assigned activities are developed in line with the evolving fundraising strategy. 6. Continually evaluate activity and produce detailed end of campaign reports, ensuring recommendations are fed into planning of future activity as appropriate. 7. Ensure that all communications support the evolving Macmillan brand and follow agreed brand guidelines. Ensure Gift Aid messages and Macmillan-approved declarations are explicitly and appropriately promoted across all fundraising activity. Be familiar with and adhere to all relevant Macmillan policies and procedures at all times. Job Description Date: 01 August 2011 8. Provide general support to the Senior Individual Marketing Programme Manager and Donor Development Manager, and contribute to the continued development of the individual giving fundraising programme. 10. Any other duties as reasonably required in line with the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the role. Skills Required: Definition of skill level: 1.
