Position Summary
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the
development, implementation and evaluation of the integrated
marketing activities of RHF, as well as strategies that support
public facing communications. Reporting to the VP, Marketing
& Awareness, this position will work closely with Marketing
Communications (MarComm) and Public Relations (PR), as well
as liaise with IT, Resource Development (RD) and all RHF
program areas.
 Participates in the strategic planning and development of
all public facing communications, including traditional and
digital campaigns, websites, fundraising and large scale
 Develops, implements, evaluates and optimizes integrated
marketing campaigns;
 Develops content and social media strategies;
 Supervises, coaches and
(Marketing Analyst);
mentors one direct report
 Provides strategic direction and ensures integration across
RHF websites, consumer applications and digital channels;
 Leads digital marketing and website development projects
to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates;
 Identifies and develops partnership opportunities to
leverage RHF resources;
 Collaborates with RD on the development of
recognition and stewardship programs;
 Identifies and manages market research projects and
analyzes data to effectively inform marketing efforts; and
 Monitors, analyzes and reports on the performance of all
online programs through web metrics, trends and
competitive analysis.
 University degree/diploma in Marketing;
 8+ years of experience planning and implementing
integrated marketing strategies/campaigns;
 Strong digital media experience (website/content
development, social media, CRM, and online advertising);
 Ability to analyze and interpret data;
 Experience managing external service providers;
 Experience supervising staff;
 Experience developing and managing consumer marketing
research projects;
 Previous experience with brand development;
 Working knowledge of Google Analytics and email
marketing systems such as MailChimp; and
 Strong budget management and reporting skills.
 Knowledge of issues related to people with disabilities.
