Profile
A Content Marketing Executive with a passion for creating, coordinating and distributing
written, visual, social, and interactive content (on and offline). Your experience and skill will
ensure that you are able to deliver and adapt your content and style to fit requirements and
ongoing changes in the company and the industry. You will have a commitment to ongoing
learning and development to support these changes and develop your skills, abilities and

Main Purpose of Position
You will work closely with the marketing manager to create a content marketing strategy
which ensures relevant and timely content is created, promoted and distributed along the
full customer journey. You will create a calendar of trending thought leadership materials,
content to convert prospects throughout different stages of the sales cycle and repurposing
existing content into multiple formats to suit our multiple audience and how they learn &
interact with Electrosonic.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

Lead, manage and direct all marketing activities for Electrosonic Ltd.


Create the content marketing strategy with quarterly & monthly content deliverables
Understanding of how the content marketing funnel determines the type and nature of
the content created and delivered
Develop buyer personas
To develop and create Value Propositions for each service and solution/target market
Create sales collateral for our Lead Generation Executives and BDM’s i.e. PowerPoints,
case studies, brochures
Craft, produce and repurpose unique thought-leadership content across multiple
channels
Ensure all content initiatives are aligned with the unique needs of each persona, aligned
to the B2B buyer’s journey
Work with thought leaders (internal & external) when applicable to create content















To write, edit and distribute on and offline marketing materials including press releases,
award entries, data sheets, blogs, web content, white papers
Creating and distributing Social media posts across various platforms
Creating animation and video story boards to educate clients about new and existing
services and then working with videographer/editors to create videos and animations
for tradeshows, You Tube and email campaigns
Producing and distributing editorial and press releases to industry specific magazines
and blogs
Creating automated email marketing campaigns using Dotmailer email software
Creating, managing and updating website content using CMS, including meta tags and
descriptions and working with agencies to create microsite content
Use of Google Analytics and other social media analytic tools to analyze marketing
activity and improve content, CTA, website traffic, social followers and email conversions
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Experience of working with and managing third party agencies
What Experience, Skills and Attributes you will need to be successful?

























BA/BS and/or CIM Marketing Qualification
At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
Passion for writing and creating content
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and marketing tactics to guide it
Experience of creating personas and value propositions and using this information to
create on and offline marketing collateral
Experienced writer of many content formats
Strong project management & organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
Strong Copywriting skills
Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
Knowledge of different content planning and creation processes
Deliver new engaging content on a regular basis
Edit, proofread and improve content
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
Experience Web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends
Experience using email automation software
Experience using a web content management system (CMS)
Expertise using social media platforms especially LinkedIn and Twitter
Experience in writing content for print, email, web, videos
Understanding of SEO, key words
Be ready to work in a fast-paced and highly ambitious company
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Photoshop, Illustrator and creative video platforms desirable


Have a good understanding of website product development desirable
Experience of CRM - desirable not essential desirable
