The Planetarium
of Madrid aims to spread
science and astronomy. This visit will get you
thinking about these fascinating topics.
They have a huge dome with more than 100
slide projectors which creates scenic effects. It
also has 50 projectors that simulate the solar
system, galaxies, black holes, etc.
Although the most interesting room is the star
projector or the optical planetarium.
The Planetarium has different rooms: the hall
of astronomers, the cinema, the exhibition hall,
the tower of the observatory and the store.
